Interim notice. This is a pre-launch summary of how Spotlight will handle personal data. A full privacy policy will replace this page before the app is available.

Spotlight is not yet available, and no user accounts exist today. When the app launches, this is what we will collect and why:

• Your email address — used to sign you in with one-time codes and to send account-related messages. Sign-in email is transactional only; we do not send marketing email and we do not use purchased or imported address lists.
• Content you choose to submit — such as locations, photos, and descriptions you add to the map.
• Optional crash and diagnostic reports — only if you explicitly turn them on in the app. They are off by default.

Deletion. You will be able to delete your account and its data from within the app. You can also request deletion by email at any time: contact@spotd.io.
